The hotel sits 500 meters from Playa de las Americas beach, a short walk from the fine sand and promenade. Los Cristianos beach, Marenostrum Resort, and the Golden Mile with its bars and restaurants are within a 10- to 20-minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is around the corner, and the Titsa bus stop for the airport (line 40) is 1 minute away at El Camison.

The on-site pool bar offers a snack menu with burgers, club sandwiches, salads, and pizzas, all made fresh by the kitchen team. Breakfast items such as toast, bacon, and omelettes are served until late morning, and happy hour promotions are offered daily. Drinks are served in reusable cups with a 1-euro deposit refundable on return.

Game areas provide billiards, table tennis, and a giant chess board for all ages. The hotel maintains a no-inflatables rule in the main pool but allows small floats in the children's pool, and the lifeguard supervises the pool area from 10:00 to 18:00.
